The article I’ve written together with my former Max Planck colleague, Dr. Laura Dobusch, has now been published by the Zeitschrift für Führung und Personalmanagement in der Gesundheitswirtschaft.

Our paper talks about the challenges posed to health care systems by migratory movements and increasingly diverse societies, and looks at how diversity management practices may be helpful in dealing with these issues. The full issue of the ZFPG can be found here.
